This short online course is specifically designed for tattoo removal operators who want a refresh on knowledge on council compliance, industry safety and regulations, and client safety. Whether you're a new technician, or experienced and upskilling, or someone preparing for interviews in the tattoo removal sector, this programme gives you a solid refresh on the foundations of laser healthy and safety topics to improve clinical practice standards. It references the AU/NZ Laser Safety Standards (AS/NZS 4173: 2018) and New Zealand Workplace Health & Safety Laws as they relate to lasers as a potentials hazard.
Please note: this course does not teach you how to do tattoo removal; it builds upon your existing training and knowledge.
