If you work in a medical aesthetic workplace now and need relevant updated professional development, to meet your need for certification in Laser Safety to meet Local Council Bylaws, Worksafe NZ (Health & Safety), or evidence of industry continuing professional development (CPD) education, then this is the course for you.

Specifically developed for medical staff conducting or assisting in Laser / IPL procedures.  This online programme addresses medical lasers, and laser procedures including: Surgical, Vascular, Vaginal, Ablative and Non-ablative (cosmetic), plus introduces you to valuable information to guide you towards safe & best practice standards.  This course will open up educational pathways for you to other learning opportunities in the laser industry.

Recommended for:  Medical Professionals such as: Doctors, Nurses or other staff present during Laser & IPL procedures in a surgical setting

Cost: $379 + GST per person.  There is a 80% minimum pass mark to successfully obtain an electronic Certificate and Letter of Attainment, CPD points for The CPD Group, UK and CPD points allocation towards your NZLT Institute Diploma or Registration Status. On completion Nurses and Doctors can apply for CPD, see links within the workbook.  Learners are provided with a downloadable workbook to record their own notes.  On completion learners have 1 free resit, after which a $50 + GST extension fee applies for another 7 days access.

Study method:  Self-guided learning online over 6 weeks with access 24/7.  Complete in a few days or over the 6 week period.  Start anytime, study anywhere with our online interactive platform.
