NZLT Institute Laser Safety Certification for Beauty Professionals (LSC)
Meet your need for certification Laser Safety to meet Local Council Bylaws, Worksafe NZ (Health & Safety), and evidence of industry continuing professional development (CPD) education. This extensive Laser Health and Safety Programme is industry relevant and is made up of NZLT unit standards which also reference the AS/NZS Laser Safety Standard called 'Lasers and Intense Light Sources in Health Care'.
With so many operators in New Zealand receiving only basic instructions on how to operate their IPL and laser devices in their clinics, many people overlook the actual safety guidelines that form part of industry minimum standards and required regulations. This online educational programme will help you raise your clinic's standards, reducing unwanted side effects and unhappy clients, while improving safety for both operators and clients.

Recommended for: Beauty students, beauty therapists already working with, or learning to work with IPL or lasers of any kind.
Cost: $450 + GST per person. There is an 80% minimum pass mark to successfully obtain an electronic certificate and Letter of Attainment, 14 CPD NZLT points and 14 CPD points - The CPD Group, UK, and CPD points allocation towards your NZLT Institute Diploma. Learners are provided with a downloadable workbook to record their notes.
